FAQ'S   What is the minimum lease agreement? 12 months is the minimum lease agreement offered. Are utilities included? No. Golden Images, LLC only pays for the water. Tenant is responsible to pay for all utilities.   Are pets allowed? No. Pets are not permitted in any of our rental units. Is there designated parking? Buildings 833 and 838 have covered carports. Are there laundry rooms? Each building has 1-2 laundry rooms. Can I pay by credit card? Yes, we accept credit cards both for payments and deposit. Do we take Section 8? No.
