2. Due at signing lease agreement is one month deposit and first and last month rent
2a. Rent is due on the 1st day of each and every month; if rent is
received after the 1st of the month, there will be a late charge of
$30.00.
One full
month's rent shall be paid for the first month. On the 1st day of the
second month, shall be due as rent prorated on a 30-day basis.
A $30 discount per apartment is offered if (please circle A, B, C, )
a. Rent is paid before the 1st
b. Authorization is
signed for charging rent amount on the 1st of each and every month by
credit card or by automatic withdrawal from checking or saving account.

d. No discounts are available for 6-month leases
If resident writes a check on insufficient funds, resident will be
liable to Owner/Agent for the amount of the check and a service charge
of $50.00
A cashier's check or money order will be required:
A: at
any time rent is paid after service of a three day notice, or
B: if
a check is returned by Resident's bank for any reason.
All
payments will be applied first to all unpaid charges, including, but
not limited to, late, returned check fee, repairs or damages caused by
Resident, and/or other bank charges. The account balance shall be
carried forward as rent and shall be due immediately.
